Peri Elizabeth Rogers

Originally from Frankfort, Illinois, Peri began her training at the Ruth Page School of Dance in Chicago under the direction of Victor Alexander and Dolores Long. During her time at Ruth Page, she was selected to join a group of dancers touring internationally, performing in Cuba, Italy, and Spain, and training at La Escuela Nacional de Ballet in Havana. Peri also had the opportunity to perform many featured roles, including Lilac Fairy in The Sleeping Beauty, Dawn in Coppelia, Swan Lake Pas de Trois, and the title role in Giselle, as well as variations from Napoli, Les Sylphides, and La Fille Mal Gardee. Throughout these years, she attended summer intensives at The Royal Ballet, Houston Ballet, Ellison Ballet, and Milwaukee Ballet, and received scholarships to attend Cincinnati Ballet, Oregon Ballet Theatre, Sarasota Ballet, and Sacramento Ballet. After attending their summer intensive, Peri joined the Milwaukee Ballet Pre-Professional Program under the direction of Tatiana Jouravel-Malinkine where she trained for two years. She was then promoted to the Milwaukee Ballet Second Company in 2025, and looks forward to returning to MBII for the 2026/27 season.
