Rachelle Butler

Rachelle Butler trained with The Rock School, Miami City Ballet School and Ballet Chicago. While at Ballet Chicago, she performed a large repertoire of Balanchine ballets as a soloist and principal dancer. Her professional career began with Sacramento Ballet and continued with Madison Ballet, where she performed soloist and principal roles until her retirement in 2016. Following her retirement, she became Ballet Master and School Director for Madison Ballet. Currently, she is a faculty member with Milwaukee Ballet School and Academy as well as other schools in the Madison area. She has been honored and humbled to have the opportunity to choreograph on her friends and former students for Dance at Delafield. She loves her work as a choreographer, teacher and mom to her wonderful son, Xavier.
